Todd Hixson is co-owner and Vice-President of T&M Service® and Upstate Semiconductor Parts. T&M Service®  is an OEM alternative to support, refurbishment and component repair of capital equipment.  With over 25 years of expertise in the semiconductor industry supporting, refurbishing and custom designing solutions, Todd is a major asset toward the success of T&M Service®.

Prior to T&M Service®, Todd worked for Applied Materials, starting as a field service engineer at IBM East Fishkill, NY, specializing in EPI and Implant.  After five years of field service, he was part of the development team that started the Applied Materials Refurbishment Group.  The team set the standards that are still used today by AMAT and we since have expanded on for T&M Service®.  This is where he learned AMAT P5000 and AMAT Centura systems, re-building them from the ground up.

In 2004, Todd became certified in orbital welding.  He does all the gas panel and gas line re-configurations for system rebuilds.  He also can install the gas lines from the facility connection points to the equipment at a customers facility. 

Todd Graduated from Devry Institute of Technology in 1989 with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering Technology.
